Not sure i am in the correct place to report this problem. We have some content that has hidden layers on the master slide. These layers interfere with drag and drop functionality when publishing to HTML5, drags cannot be dragged at all. Is there any way around this problem. Not an option for the player at the moment. When the layers are removed it works fine but that is a rather big job to take out these layers. It works fine in flash version but not HTML5. Any suggestions.
We'd want to take a look at what you've got set up in your .story file and how it's behaving. You're welcome to share it here or send along here for our team to investigate.
I cannot send the content in its current format as it is for a private client. I will attempt to make a mock up showing the same issue and share it.
