Drag and Drop interaction submission moves on to early in SL3

I have created a drag and drop exercise which works fine stand-alone but not when it is incorporated into an extended quiz. The activity has been designed so that 8 statements are dragged to two areas of the slide where each of statements correspond to either one or other (4 each) of the areas.  the first image shows the first statement and they appear sequentially. The statements exist as text in a rectangle with normal, correct and incorrect states. On submit interaction the answers show up as correct or incorrect depending on the location on the slide. I have included a trigger to show these states as an answers slide but the quiz automatically progresses to the next question without the opportunity to see the the correct and incorrect answers (shown on image 3. I can see that the question has contributed to the overall result so the interaction submission is working as it should. Of course when I do just the individual slide preview everything works fine as there is no progression to the next slide in that preview mode. 

Any ideas?
