I am trying to make a drag and drop question where the learner needs to drag the correct number of sample bottles to the bin, based on the number of sample labels provided. In this case, the number is 6. Currently, I have 16 bottles on the screen and have set them all up to be correct if dragged onto the drop target (the sample bin).
Here is a sample that has 4 drag-enabled objects (rectangles), and three targets (small dark circles). If any two objects are dropped on any combination of targets, it is correct. If you delete two of the targets, then the objects must be dropped on the same target, and you can duplicate the objects to get as many as you need.
The caution with a variable that increments is that you must be able to decrement it when an object is dragged off a target. It is best to count the number of objects when the learner submits.

Hi Cassie and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create for your interaction in your project.
The first thing that comes to mind is a variable that increments when items are dropped, that you could pair with this drag and drop.
Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look at? Even just the single slide in a .story file would be fine.
I look forward to understanding what you're working on :)
