I published a course to Cornerstone on Demand and included in the course is a drag and drop question. Some learners are reporting that they are not able to drag and drop the choices. Others are reporting that it works fine.
I tested the course on SCORM Cloud and could not replicate the issue. Likewise, I tested the course on CSOD using Google and IE and could not replicate it too.
Hi Mike, it would be worth collecting some more data from the users experiencing the problems. I'd start with the following:
Device (e.g Mobile, Tablet, Desktop) OS (e.g Win/Mac/iOS/Android) OS Version number Browser vendor and version Were the users using touchscreen or mouse?
This will help you troubleshoot a bit quicker. It is correct though that some environments might cause an issue. For example, users no IE11 may have Compatibility Mode running which will break some functionality in Storyline as it is not supported in Compat Mode.
