text entry field entered characters not displaying on iPad

Hi all-

I have a course with a text entry field that multiple users are reporting not being able to see the characters that they enter when using an iPad.

I have tested on multiple iPads, but have not been able to replicate the issue.

Anyone else experience similar issues?

Hello, all! Just stopping in to note here for anyone who is following along that I was also unable to reproduce the error where letters cannot be seen when added in the text entry field (file tested in via SCORM Cloud) on iPad Air 2 iOS v. 9.3.2.

I have escalated the case to our Support Engineers to see if another member of that team is able to replicate the behavior and I intend to share updates here as they are available.
