Drag and Drop No Feedback

I entered customized feedback for a drag and drop (freeform) question in Storyline. When I publish the module and do that particular quiz question, no layers show up at all. No 'Correct' and no 'Incorrect'.

Hi Catherine,
It looks like the correct drag item is a grouped set? Dragging grouped items can be a bit tricky, so I'm curious if you could share your .story file here with us so that we could take a look at the overall set up?
