Drag and Drop no longer working

I updated to the latest version of Storyline from Storyline 2 today and the drag and drop no longer works. The idea is to move the tick to reflect your values, then submit at the end. The tick changes state to drop correct (green) when moved on the line (drop target). In the new version the tick won't move at all.
The drag and drop options are the same in both.
Version 2 was originally published in Flash but still works fine when published in html5, but doesn't look as good. It was originally created in Storyline 1 and updated to version 2.
In version 360 I tried turning off "Return item to start point if dropped outside" and it doesn't change state to green. If I click right in the middle of the arrow it changes to green but I can't drag it.

I tried to recreate by copying the objects into a new slide and converting to drag and drop but won't work still.
I also tried deleting the markers and it didn't make a difference.

I figured out what is happening, it doesn't like the dashed line any more. Once I changed to a solid line it worked.
I appreciate you popping back in with an update, Julie. Glad to hear that it's working now.
Can the team fix this in future upgrades?
I also have two other issues. I can no longer print or email. Is there a solution that works in the latest version?
