DRAG AND DROP NOT REVEALING DROP ITEMS

I reviewed the file you provided, and it looks like Rectangle 2 is not recognized as a Drop Target: 

I added Rectangle 2 as a Drop Target, and here is what I am showing now: 

If you add Rectangle 2 as a Drop Target, it should function as intended.

It was intentional that Drop target 2 wasn't an actual target as I'm kind of 'fooling' the learners in that all the choices should actually go into one box - is there a workaround?
