I have created a simple drag and drop task. Each object has a drop correct / drop incorrect state. Why is the drop correct / drop incorrect status of the objects not displayed during the review?
Thank you Walt! I know this option and this is not what I am looking for. Since this is a quiz, I want the drop status to be displayed only when reviewing the quiz.
Great call on starting a case with our support team! I see my teammate Lianne has reached out to you with a suggestion regarding your question, so feel free to reply to Lianne if you have additional questions!
At this time, freeform question slides such as a Drag and Drop interaction will not display the drag items in either their Drop Correct or Drop Incorrect state during quiz review.
The only use of these Drop Correct and Drop Incorrect states is for showing immediate feedback when this setting is disabled. https://www.screencast.com/t/CTlwXs0qN
Disabling this setting will automatically change the states of each drag item on a slide depending on where the learner has placed them. For example, the object will change its state to Drop Correct if the learner has dropped it to a correct drop target. On the other hand, the object can also change its state to Drop Incorrect if the learner has dropped it to an incorrect drop target.
What you can do instead is to display the Correct Answers during the quiz review. The steps are listed in this article.

Select Design, then Drop & Drag Options, then Deselect the Delay item drop states until interaction is submitted.
