Drag and Drop triggering "on click"

Hello Heroes,
I have a slide with 4 characters that need to be dragged to the appropriate hotspot. Each character has a layer that is triggered when you click on them, the layer contains information the learner would need to make a decision about which hotspot to drag the character to.
The issue I am having is that the layer is also shown once the character is dropped (on release). I tried using the conditions that the layer only shows if the object state is not equal to drag over, drop correct, and drop incorrect, but the layers are still showing. Any time the character is selected so that it can be dragged the layer shows. Is there a way to work around this?

Hi Coniqua,
So the layer is being shown through the entire drag process to? If you only want it to be shown when the user is getting ready to select a character what about setting the trigger to show the layer when the user hovers the mouse over that item?
If you're still unsure or having difficulty with the set up, please look at sharing the .story file here using the "add attachment" button so that we can take a look at what you're seeing.
