Drag and Drop Triggers

Hi am new to elearning design and storyline. I am currently using storyline 2 and have created drag and drop where they drag onto specific icon and the hidden answer will appear. I have created 5 questions and 5 answers, they are dragging individually on the target fine but the answers (which are all hidden) are all coming up at the same time regardless of which question is dragged. I have set the 2nd trigger as follows

any help would be great.
