i have a drag and drop interaction going on and i have a layer above that which containts graphics that are positioned half over the drop targets on the layer beneath it. the drag and drop will only work if i drop it on the part of the target that is not covered by an image on the top layer. is it possible to have the top layer images NOT disrupt the drop target?
in other words i want to be able to have a drop target underneath another image

This is expected behaviour, you could overlay a transparent shape and use that as the drop target instead
