Drag & drop submit-fail

Hi,
I am having these drag and drop freeform questions.
It all works just fine, except if I take a question (right or wrong doesn't matter) and move it without dropping it, it says it is the wrong answer when submitting. So basically it is possible to proceed to the next question without answering the question.
I need to have a box saying that e.g. "Invalid - you have to submit an answer before you can proceed...". This box DO appear, but only when trying to submit my answer without touching any drag/drop item.
Can any of you help me with this problem?

Hi Anders! Do you have a .story file, even a sample slide in a .story file, that we could take a look at and understand what you are reporting here?

I took a look at your file and I think one small adjustment in your Drag and Drop Options will alleviate the issue that you are dealing with.
