Dragging the Seekbar in the Modern Player

Hi Everyone,
I'm having issues with viewing content as intended when using the below settings and was hoping someone out there maybe able to help:
- HTML5
- Modern Player
- Draggable Seekbar or Conditional Seekbar
- LMS package
- SCORM 2004 3rd Edition
If a user drags or clicks on the seekbar, states will no longer change.
We have a few slides which turn into interactions once the seekbar has completed, making the user complete the interaction prior to advancing through the course.
If the user the seekbar at any point, the hover states no longer activate and the user is stuck on the slide.
As these slides are set to 'Resume Saved State' for the interaction, the restart button doesn't reset the slide (as heavily detailed here: Replay Button on Seekbar Not Working) but actually re-activates the states again... a confusing scenario no one wants.
Is there a way of having a seekbar draggable in the modern player with content playing as expected?

We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 63, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the fixes we’ve included is:
Dragging the seekbar displayed objects on the slide even when they should've been hidden.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
