I have two issues in the same project. I published a storyline about a year ago, and it was working fine. It's stopped all of the sudden.
When in review mode it is not showing the learners answers for drag and drop questions. Or it'll only show some of the answers, not all of them. (See screenshots)
It is also randomly adding July 31 to a bunch of review slides. But I can't find this text anywhere in the timeline.
If you published the .story file a year ago to your LMS, and you are now seeing behaviors as you describe, but you haven't touched the .story file, then the logical place to start troubleshooting is your LMS configuration for this (and possibly other) courses.
If you published the .story file to some other output (including Review360), and you are seeing these problems, then these issues may be triggered by Articulate product releases (to Review360, in this case). So I would republish the .story file to Review360 and see if the problems disappear.
If you simply "published the story" about a year ago, and haven't touched it since, I would think that it's possible that someone else worked on it, or something like that. I would probably recreate the story in the current version of Storyline, and pay special attention to the master slides that you use, since that is likely where some of these unusual artifacts are coming from.
