drop correct
Sep 20, 2019
Can someone tell me, please, do the drop correct and drop incorrect triggers work with hot spots or only with the formal drag and drop slides (freeform and quiz)? I have a drag and drop quiz on a blank slide using four objects to be placed correctly on two hot spot circles. I've only been able to make one combination work. The action occurs on a layer so I'm wondering if that makes a difference? THANKS
I have finally been able to get all of the correct choices to work, but not the incorrect :(

Hi Sylvia
do you want to share the .story file or even just the slide...I've seen some wacky setups with DnD and hotspots to make them work so without seeing your file I'd just be making assumptions.
Wendy, here is the slide. Thanks for taking a look. A couple of the possible choices work, but not all :(.
Hi Sylvia!
Thanks for sharing your file!
It looks like you're missing a trigger for the scenario in this screen recording. Every other drag and drop scenario launches a correct or incorrect layer.
Thanks so much Lauren. I figured I was missing a trigger, just can't figure out what. Were you able to get it to work? I'll work on it again.
I think I finally got it sorted out THANKS :)

Hey there, Sylvia!
Thanks for sharing your file with us for a closer look. I see what you're saying happen with the Value slide.
I'm going to share this behavior with our Support Engineers to get a better understanding of what's happening here. You'll get an email from our team shortly, and I'll follow along so I can share our findings with the community. Talk soon!
Uh oh, Sylvia! I just refreshed the page and saw the post was removed.
Were you able to solve the issue? Please let us know, as we're here to help!
Katie, yes I did solve the issue. It was "pilot error". The slide interaction actually DID work, but since I had nothing on the go to layer and had not turned on the "hide base layer", it was showing me exactly what the layer looked like ... ugh :}
Phew. Glad it was an easy fix and great detective work, Sylvia! 😀
If there's anything else we can help with, we'll be here!
SOOOOOOO appreciate you "guys" Katie! THANKS!!!
