My reviewer has run into an issue where he selects an option in the matching question but Storyline doesn't keep the selection. I can't duplicate the issue, but one other person had the same problem. It's inconsistent and will work sometimes and then not others. They have used I.E. And Chrome. They viewing their desktop. Everything else in the course is working fine.
That is certainly not something I've seen happen before. You are not able to replicate? How are you publishing and sharing the content? Are you utilizing the latest update, which is Update 11?
Is this the first attempt of the question for the user? Would you be able to share your .story file?
The file was published before the update. They've been reviewing for a week or so. They are viewing via desktop. Everything else had worked fine....even with the Flash security update. Should I republish and see if that fixes the problem?
Viewing via desktop? Are you publishing for CD and local viewing? If not, I'd advise uploading to the intended environment it was published for and see if this alleviates the issue.
