Editing a published storyline course

Hi there,
There is a published course on the company's LMS that I need to edit. I opened the source file in SL2 and finished my editing. Now I want to re-publish the course on the LMS(Docebo). when I re-publish the edited version, do I follow the regular publishing steps (click publish) or is there another way? does it replace the old version on the LMS? also how does this affect the enrolled users? will they have to restart the course to access the exam (the course is set as a prerequisites to the exam)?
I hope i didn't ask too many questions :D
Thank you in advance
Ruby

Hi Rehab!
Yes, you should go through the same process.
When you update (overwrite) existing course files in your LMS or web server, learners who previously started the course won't be able to resume where they left off. They'll start over at the first slide in the updated course. Take this into consideration when updating courses that have already been delivered to learners.
It make sense. Thank you Leslie.
