I'm trying to trim am MP4 video I've pulled into Storyline. The editor lets me set the beginning and ending points, and when I click the Play button, it displays what I want. But when I Save the edit, the Editing Video box just hangs up and doesn't do anything. I cannot seem to save the edits. Any suggestions?

While you are waiting for the techs, download MovieMaker for free from Microsoft. It works great for trimming movies, and splitting or joining them, and is easy to use. Save your movie for computer, and it will be an .MP4, like SL wants.
Thanks Walt. Can't download this evening due to umpteen firewalls on my work computer. Maybe I can get my IT folks to acquiesce and download it for me tomorrow. If so, I will try your suggestion. Hope it works!
OK Walt. I've got moviemaker and uploaded my video. It's there but doesn't display...any suggestions? I'm having a terrible time trying to find any help on that website.
I'm sorry you are experiencing these issues. I opened your file, and I saw the same issue with the Editing Video dialog box when I tried to trim your video. I went ahead and submitted a support case for you, and someone from our team will contact you shortly.

I loaded the video out of your attached Rally_app.story, into MovieMaker, and this is what I got. I'm not sure where your problem might be.
