I'm new to using Articulate. I have recorded software simulations and am trying to get an end product which is seamless and smooth. Please could you help me with editing, i have looked through many articles about adjusting the start and end frames, even though i have done this, it's still does not look great. Any suggestions?
Hi there, Karen. I've opened a case for you so we can work more closely on achieving your goal with this project! Be on the lookout for an email from me.
Thanks Crystal. I just had one other question please, once i have published a recording/course, after each slide(click) the screen pauses and 3 white bubbles appear as it transitions to the next slide. Do you know why this happens?
You might notice that the slide will pause and 3 white dots will appear when the slide transitions. This behavior varies by machine and depends on the speed of your system. I wouldn't expect it to appear after every slide, though.
Would you mind sharing your file with us so we can take a closer look? You can attach it directly to your case by clicking here.

Hi Karan, happy to lend a hand!
Tell me more about what you're seeing on your end. First, did you insert the screen recording as View Mode step-by-step slides?
Is the progression from slide to slide not a smooth transition?
Hi Alyssa.
I recording and inserted as View Mode - Step-by-Step.
Exactly that, i'm struggling to edit, so each click/transition is smooth.
