Editing the Results Review page

GM ELH Fam!!
I am trying to edit the Results Review pages. I want to remove the highlighted areas but I cannot find the Master or even where these pages are located (I took a screenshot from Articulate Review). Please point me in the right direction, I have attached the file to speed up the process, thank you!

Good morning,
I created a True/False variable called Completed and set it's default value to False.
On Timeline Start for the Results Slide, the Completed variable is set to True.
Then for each question on Timeline Start, there are triggers to change the state of the Text Box and the Submit button to hidden if the Completed variable is equal to True.
Thank you. Here is the next step though, I want to add a text box that says "Click Next to Review your responses". I would also like to know how to do this please. Thank you
Here I added a Next button to each question slide. It's default state is hidden.
If the Completed variable is equal to true, the next button state is changed to normal.
I also added a state to the text box.
You are awesome, thank you. I need a class on variables again, that is one of my weaknesses.
