So say I have a whole bunch of pages and I want my users to be able to review and change any inputs they want before getting output to the lms. Would I need to do next page on each question and then have a submit results on my results page or if the pages submit individually can that then be overridden? I don't really have access to the system at the moment to test it my self.
You nailed it, Bruce! With the Submit button, quiz answers are submitted individually. You can submit all of the answers at once by using Prev/Next buttons instead.

This does make it easier for your learners to skip questions accidentally, so you may want to warn them about skipping questions and ask them to confirm that they're ready to submit their answers before jumping to the result slide.
