I'm fairly new to Storyline and expect this question has a simple solution. I created several projects within the past several weeks. I have not published them yet.
Today when I open the projects I am unable to make any edits on the slides and within the timeline with my mouse. Any idea what I may have done?
You can lock objects to prevent them from accidentally being moved or modified while you are working with other items on your slide. To lock an object, click the empty box to the left of its name on the timeline. A padlock icon will appear, which indicates that the object has been locked in place. To unlock an object, click the padlock icon.
If locked objects don't seem to be the problem, could you either (a) share a copy of your .story project file for the community to take a look at or (b) record a screencast of the problematic behavior so that we can better understand it? Thanks!
