I have read several of the examples to use javascript or xAPI for an email. My client only wants to capture a name and email that a person at a conference types into the form. The results will go to the same email all the time.
The issue I am having is when I test this my laptop wants to send it by the default email client on my laptop. How do I use Google mail or a specific program?
Have you thought about using web object and embedding a form like a Google Form or Jotform to gather this information? That way it would all be automatic on submission and the results would be sent to the email associated with the Google Form or Jotform account. Here's a quick mockup I did using Storyline and Jotform as a web object: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/4b21505d-ff35-4cba-a447-1e7f3e22213c/review

Elizabeth, thank you for the reply and I had not thought of this. I will look at your example and see if this can work. I appreciate your response.
