Embed video in Storyline, trigger to pause when user clicks

Hi Community!  Hopefully, someone has a suggestion here.

Using Storyline 360.  I am using the embed code for a video that is located on MS Stream account.

I have added a button so the learner can click to enlarge the video, which lightboxes another slide with the same video (larger dimensions).

When I use embed and the trigger to either pause or stop the video when the user clicks the button, it doesn't stop the video.  I tried using a hotspot over the video, and adding the trigger to stop/pause video when use clicks hotspot, that still doesn't work.

But when I upload the mp4 of the video and use the same trigger it works (without the hotspot).

Would prefer to use the embedded version instead of uploading the video, in case of changes in the future and smaller file size. Any ideas?

Another smaller problem that I'm not sure how to resolve, is when closing the lightbox slide it would be nice to have the video start at the same point it was at.
