I'm attempting to embed my organization's website in a Storyline 3 course. On our public website, it asks visitors to input a zip code to ensure we service their area. When I published the course, the website loads correctly. I inputted a correct zip code, but it then continues to load the pop up window asking for a zip code. Is there a work around for this?
There’s a chance that your organization’s website security is preventing it from working properly when placed inside an iframe. I’d recommend checking with the administrator of your website to see if your organization’s website is setup to run properly in this type of configuration. While the website can be displayed successfully as an iframe object, any authentication requests made by the website from within will not succeed due to the lack of security.
