I created a simple screen recording to show a step-by-step process. I included the how-to video, plus the "try" slides where the learner is given pop-up hints upon mouse-over, and finally I included the "test" version in the course to see if they could accomplish the task without hints. Everything works perfectly in preview. I exported the file to "Web" and then downloaded a zip file. After extracting all files from the zip file, I launched the course and it plays the how-to video ok, but the pop-up hints do not show up. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
