5/23/2019 Ongoing issues with file saving times and slow loads prompted us to remove a screen recording from a file. Adding back the video content using the embed option elicited two major problems:
No ability to customize video options under "options" tab and
File size grew enormously - probably why there is such a slow "save" and slow "publish"
