Recenty started playing around with storyline but when i used an existing presentation and imported into storyline then published audio was lost in 1 of the engage interactions? The presentation was a mixture of powerpoint and engage interactions and all were fine except in 1 labelled diagram the audio was dropped when published? Any suggested reasons for this?
Is there any way of previewing engage interactions on storyline?
Apologies if the answer is staring me in the face -
Sorry for the trouble. Sounds like something weird is happening during the import. We'd be happy to take a closer look at it, if you'd like. Please submit a case using the link below so our support team can assist you further:
What would be the best way of publishing a presentation so that it could be downloaded from an LMA as a stand alone version to be viewed off line. To date we are publishing to Moodle using articulate and learners can view on-line, however they are looking for downloadable stand alone versions. Recently got storyline but does the "allow downloading for off line viewing" only apply to ipads?
Correct. When we use the phrase "available for offline viewing", we're referring to viewing the course through the Articulate Mobile Player for iPad. For your needs, have you considered publishing your course for CD?
To date we have published content on our programme using articulate presenter, content is published and uploaded to our LMA (moodle) as scorm packages. Eventually I will get around to republishing using articulate storyline so content is available on the ipad using articulate mobile player but in the mean time our students are looking for the content scorm packages to be downloadable and able to view off line?
When I publish to CD using articulate presenter what file format do i upload to moodle so students have this option or is this possible?
Apologies for all the questions but I really appreciate the support ,
You can publish your content for the Web and then zip it up so that your end user can download and unzip it. All they would need to do is double-click the player.html file.
This will work for you, but the LMS will not be able to track the progress or scores for the course.
