I send a published module that was built in storyline over email to a colleague for a review.
The module has Engage interactions and works well on my machine but when my colleague comes to open those pages with Engage interactions, they don't work all other pages work.
Hi Stuart and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! My first question would be how you published and shared that content. You want to make sure you are testing/viewing as your learners would. If you are truly just having an issue with the Engage Interactions, you may want to check out the tutorials aboutadding andpublishing your engage interactions? Perhaps one or both of those will help you. Please feel free to submit your case here if the troubleshooting does not assist you.
The issue I am having is I publish for LMS and create a zip file, i send the zip file to my colleague with instructions of double click story.html, everything works fine apart from the Engage Interactions that i have imported to Storyline.
Hi Stuart! If you are publishing for LMS, your colleague should be testing via URL that points them to that module. If you are just wanting them to review for you, then you may want to publish for web and save via Dropbox (for example), then they should be able to access your story.html file as you mentioned above.

Another note to add is the interactions work fine on my machine when i load the module via story.html.
