Engagement Questions

Hi,
New guy here. Just got Articulate 360. Loving it! Very nice workflow.
I have a question....
I want to create ungraded engagement questions every couple slides and then a final exam at the end my course. For the ungraded engagement questions, what would I use? A freeform question? This is what I did at first, but when I choose no score, it removes the feedback option. I would like my engagement question to function exactly as a multi-choice question, but just not be included in the results page and not reported to the LMS. However, I would like to display feedback.
Any suggestions?

Great question! I recorded a brief Peek video of your options here if you'd like to check it out and I'm attaching my test file.
I just noticed, after recording, that you specified do NOT include on the Results Slide OR the LMS, so just leaving those questions unmarked on the Result Slide would be your best bet, but you can use a graded question type and take advantage of that built-in feedback :)
