Hello, everyone! I hope you're having a great day! I feel like this should have an easy answer, but apparently I have inspiration writer's block.
I am attempting to have an object appear with a single rotation of the minute hand of a clock. The minute hand rotates around (in a standard clocklike-manner). As the rotation continues, an object appears as the hand passes. After a full rotation, the object is completely visible.
You could create an object where the second hand fulcrum is the centre point, and then use a spin entrance animation, this can be set to 59 seconds, for the object appearing use a wifi or fade animation with states.
I know it's not exactly what you want, but there was a discussion about stopwatch-style timers that, in addition to Phil's suggestion, may give you some other ideas.
I see what you were both aiming for, and it helped me to get my brain juices flowing. I was reminded of the Wheel animation. Combined with a line shape rotating around an end-point fulcrum, I can have a psudo-minute rotating, with an object (having an Wheel entrance) appearing with the minute hand rotation.
Starting with Michael's stop watch discussion thread, the working result came from a few links to old discussion. Here's an attached file which shows what I was looking for, and the results, in case no one knew what I was getting at.

Thank you for the help, Phil and Michael!
