Error due to Articulate Project Size

Hi,

We want to create a massive course in storyline say about 1000 slides. I want to know any possible limitations of storyline.

I have actually created a project which has 600+ screen and using layers it becomes 1000+ page course . When I publish it for online delivery t works fine in mobile player however the HTML5 version does not work. It comes up with following error message

Error loading story_content/data.xml:error.

When the project was reduced to half the size it was working fine in all browsers.

Please can someone from Storyline Technical Team give me some advise.

I can upload the story.html if you need to do the testing.

Please advice.

Hi Ganesh,

I know this is a very large course, so the first option may take some time. Are you able to create a new, blank presentation and then import the slides into the new course? Try to make sure that you publish to a different directory and that the file name is different than that of the original. Are you able to see a difference after doing this?

If you're still seeing the same error, we may need to take a look at what's happening.
