Can you please first be sure that you're running the most current version of Storyline? You can download Update 2 here, which was released in December.
Unfortunately, without seeing the actual .story file, I'd just be taking some shots in the dark. You may want to try importing the slides into a new Storyline project to see if that helps. You'll also want to be sure you're working from and publishing to a local drive only.
We have a strict confidentiality policy for any files you submit, and we'd be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, if you're able to open a ticket with us.
Sorry for the delay. This month I worked on several different projects. And the same problem persists menu. In view flash is always correct, but when viewed on html5, the menu gets mangled on the issue of hierarchical levels.
I'm sending a file from one of the classes for you!
How were you viewing the HTML5 output? I tested it here within my iPad Mobile Safari, and the image below shows the Flash version on the left on my PC in Chrome and the iPad version on the right. It looks like there is some extra line spacing, but I'm not sure that's what your referring to?
Do you have a link where I could test the course on your LMS? I can only post to SCORM Cloud and that doesn't allow me to pull a specific story_html5.html link where I could see just the HTML5 content on the computer.
Can you also confirm that you're seeing this in one of the supported browsers:

Hi Artur!
Can you please first be sure that you're running the most current version of Storyline? You can download Update 2 here, which was released in December.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, would you mind opening a ticket with our support team, including sending in the .story file? Thanks!
Yes, I'm using the latest version of Articulate Storyline. Unfortunately not working.
Publishing tested with the old version of the storyline, but the same problem occurs.
I can't send the stuff that I'm producing for you analizarem because it's a confidential content (clients).
All suggestions are welcome. Thanks for trying to help me. If you know something, let me know.

Hi Artur,

Take the test opening in HTML5 on the desktop without the version for mobile.
Need for classes to work on computers without the flash.
Hi Artur,
Do you have a link where I could test the course on your LMS? I can only post to SCORM Cloud and that doesn't allow me to pull a specific story_html5.html link where I could see just the HTML5 content on the computer.
Can you also confirm that you're seeing this in one of the supported browsers:
The AVA is to use Moodle 2.5.1 (but I've used other versions)
Use the version of chrome 33.0.1750.154 m (I've used other browsers on other versions)
I refer to when I oo "story_html5.html" opens the menu of course the way I have described, all mangled on the issue of hierarchies of titles.
This does not happen only in the AVA. Locally Opening "story_html5.html" the same thing happens.
I have produced several courses in recent months. With different templates made of new files (blank). Still the problem persists.
As I said earlier, I use Moodle.
You have not a moodle to perform this test? I suppose so.
Suggest references or opening the package to the file "story_html5.html". See how it looks.
Hi Artur,
Since you're last post, we're now on update 6 of Storyline and Chrome is on ver 37. Are you using the most recent versions of each?
With the updated version, looking via desktop, is working.
Thanks Artur for the update.
