error in running articulate storyline

Hi Sol,

Can you give us a little more information? Does this error appear as soon as you launch Storyline, when you try to open a project file, preview or publish content?

I noticed you have some previous posts for Storyline, so I don't think this is the first time you've run the software, correct? Do you know of any updates or changes that have been made to the machine recently?

If you can give us a little more information, maybe we can narrow down the issue and find a solution

Hi christine.
I setup my os (windows) from scratch and then i installed storyline
that worked properly without any problem. then I installed office 2013
64 bit and update my windows. I tried to run storyline but as soon as
i lunch it, the previous message apear and after click ok the program
close.

Thanks very much for getting back to me. That is strange, I wouldn't think that installing Office would even effect Storyline, unless you were trying to export to Word, or anything else that would use the Office suite. 

Have you had a chance to try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article? If not, please follow the steps listed for your operating system.
