Good afternoon! I keep getting the attached error message every time i open a file in SL 360. I get it doing certain tasks. I get it saving the file. Sometimes it actually keeps coming up and i cant do anything. Any suggestions? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Have you already tried doing a Storyline 360 repair? If you still see that error after running a repair, I recommend to get in touch with our Support team here. They'll delve into your diagnostic logs and let you know what they find!
