Error in Subtitles Articulate Storyline 3

Hi Michael,

What update of Storyline 3 are you using? The latest is Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0, and you can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline." 

I know it was something a few folks saw in Storyline 360 but was fixed in Update 22, so that same fix will be available in the next Storyline 3 update.

And the problem is in HTML5 when the time finish if you comeback in the seekbar, the subtitles don't appear.

And the other case is, when you have a slide with 2 files of audio. when you play the slide, the first audio with subtitles are right. When you are in the second audio, if you comeback to the middle of the audio one, the subtatitles don't appear.

Have you got a solution? or alternative?

I am not aware of a workaround at this time.

Hey Michel. We released update 6 for Storyline 3! It includes enhanced features and fixes - Check them out here.

We fixed an issue where closed captions didn't display when using the seekbar after the timeline had finished.
