Error Installing Storyline 2 Trial

Hello.  I have Storyline 2 and really enjoy utilizing it overall.  I'm leading a training course Thursday for a few colleagues on how to use it too, so they can decide whether to purchase it.

The problem: one of them downloaded it to her computer, ran as admin (required on our computers), entered the admin information, and then it seemed to install.  Then, just as it was about done, it said, "Failure to install".  this is a Window machine.  Has anyone had this problem?  Any ideas? 

We tried

• saving and run as admin
• run from link (can't without password)
• zip folder
• closing other applications

Any help is appreciated in advance
