You mentioned you're using SL3, do you know what update? The latest is Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0. You can check what update you're using by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline."
Next, are you seeing that error message in your LMS? Do you see it when you upload your course or when a learner navigates their way through it? Have you tested it out in SCORM Cloud yet either - it's a good way to compare what's happening in your LMS to leading standard for LMS testing.
Let me know about the above, and if you're able to share a copy of your.story file, I can take a look at that too and test.
