Error loading story_content/data.xml error ?

Hi, one of our users is getting this error when attempting to launch a chapter through Inquisiq's LMS. It seems to be an issue specific to that user's machine, as I am unable to reproduce it. I found a few older threads about this issue but none have been helpful.
Some details:
- Chapter was published in the latest version of Storyline 2
- User is on Windows 8 launching course through Internet Explorer 10
- User passed the system requirements test from the Inquisiq LMS
- The SCORM size isn't that large, about 35MB
Any advice on how else we can troubleshoot is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Irene,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue this user is experiencing and since it's just one user, it's difficult to troubleshoot - but I'd begin with having that user clear our their cache and history to reset their view of the course.
I'm having the same trouble with multiple users.
