Error Message After Update

I had an update to my Articulate software. Since I did the update I keep receiving an error message when opening any of my trainings (see attached). I have put information in a few times as well as just hit the send button. It allows me to see my course in story view (16 slides), but if I click on a slide it only allows me to see that slide.

Hi there, Karen. I'm sorry you ran into this!

Our team is actively looking into this issue, where we've narrowed it down to only happening when opening a file from Windows Explorer. If you open Storyline > navigate to the lower-left corner and click on Browse for more, you should be able to open projects successfully.
