We are using the licensed version of storyline. In a day or two, am getting the attached error message all of a sudden and i have no option click 'cancel' and the file gets closed automatically without saving my work. It already happened thrice and i have lost so much time working on the same things again.
What could be the reason for this? why am i getting this error message very often?

Please make sure you are working locally with your files as described here. You could try importing this file into a new files and see if this continues to happen. You may also want to follow the steps listed here.
