Error Message for Storyline 360 Program Not Working

Is anyone else getting the below error message?

I have all of the updates and have tried uninstalling and re-installing and still receive this error? Any ideas for a fix?

Thanks for bringing this up, and I'm sorry for the trouble!

Referencing the screenshot, it looks like the error is on the "Initializing components" page. Since reinstalling didn't help, I would try these simple repair steps:
