Error Message When Opening a Published Storyline Course

I have been receiving the error message attached below for about a month now.   Is it because I have not upgraded to Windows 10?  Is anyone else receiving this? It is annoying as I need to click Deny twice before being able to see what is on the entire screen.

Hi, Andrea -- Thanks for reaching out with your question! Unfortunately, I cannot say that I have encountered other instances here in the threads where an issues with softchalkcloud has been reported, so you may want to reach out to them directly for additional assistance. 

Regarding your Flash Player, you may want to check out this information on Flash Player Best Practices, as well. Please let us know if issues persist!
