I'm trying to activate the new 6.whatever upgrade. After downloading it, and pulling up SL, I get this "UI_AdminFormTitle" error pop=up. It asks for my SL license which I paste from the email I initially received from Articulate and I get the error message again. Then it says my Serial Number is invalid. Any ideas on how to resolve it?
Hi Karen, did you uninstall update 5 before installing 6? I would recommend uninstalling SL and do the install over again if you have not already tried this. More often than not this fixes the problem.
I have a license for the original Articulate Storyline not Articulate Storyline 2. Can you provide a new link to the re-download/install the older product? I'm encountering the error after I upgraded to Windows 8.

Did you by chance happen to upgrade to Windows 8 recently?
We have seen this happen as described here.
You can repair your Storyline to resolve this issue.
