Error Message when uploading to LMS

I made some minor changes to a file and now the client cannot upload the updated file into their LMS. I have ensured that the publishing settings are the same as they were in the past (SCORM 1.2, etc.) and the client assures me that they are using the exact file name as was used before. Any ideas on where to go from here?

I have attached a copy of the error message.

Hi, Carrie - 

We recommend testing your course in the SCORM Cloud as the industry standard, and you may also want to check out this blog post on troubleshooting LMS issues. If issues persist, your client may want to contact the LMS vendor directly. Changes to file structure on the updates performed may not be functioning properly on the LMS, and unfortunately, that is not something we would be able to prevent.
