Error messages after install - Storyline 3

Hi all,

I recently attained a license for Storyline 3 on my computer. It starts fine, but when I try and do certain things (upgrade a project, add a quiz question, preview, publish), this error message appears. I am not sure if it is conflicting with something else installed on my computer or what the issue might be, and haven't had much luck in searching....thoughts?

Sorry you've run into this! Our team can help you see if there is anything conflicting with the system if you want to reach out to them here.

In the meantime, I'd also suggest checking the following:

Are you working on local project files? Working off a network/shared drive is known to cause issues.
Have you looked at repairing Storyline? It's a simple steps to ensure the install didn't have a hiccup before
Also, look to confirm you meet the minimum system requirements here and test out using Storyline without any other programs open.
