Flash Player 10 Error...Again

I'm stumped. I'm getting the error again, and not sure what I did to get it. I've done the following:
1. uninstalled flash player,
2. uninstalled Chrome (although I don't use this browser),
3. uninstalled Firefox (the browser I do use)
4. uninstalled Storyline and Character bundle (version 1 of both)
5. restarted computer
6. reinstalled Flash 13
7. reinstalled Storyline 1 with Update 8
8. restarted computer
And I'm still getting this error. I'm kinda at my wits end. Help! Please!

Hello Gail!
If you installed the latest update for Storyline 1 and are still having issues, can you please submit a support request so they can try and take a closer look at what may be going on?
