This is not good. I have many hours in this project and now the program can't open it. This is the error I get. (see file attached) If anyone can help it sure would be appreciated.
Is there something running in the background perhaps if you check the Task Manager? I would advise to Restart your computer to see if that helps as well.
Try using "Unlocker", a free tool that helps identify and unlock/unblock any existing processes that might be constricting or preventing usage of your files.
It was updated in early 2010 for 64-bit usage within Windows 7, but earlier versions support previous 32-bit iterations of Windows.
Unlocker has saved my butt dozens of times in the past when I used to work as a database and Excel developer, but thankfully, I've yet to need it when using Articulate Storyline!

Hi Clay!

I did both with no resolve.
Thank you for the response. Can you think of anything else?

Thanks for popping in to share Mark - that is not something I'm familiar with. I was going to go with the 'ol re-name your file bit next.
Clay - please note that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
No worries, Leslie, it's my pleasure.
