Error publishing Storyline 360 online?

Every time I try to publish, I get an error? I get the same error when I try to preview? This is a webinar video inserted into a single slide with closed captions and I've done 2 with no problem. I started over from a new clean SL file, imported the video and imported the captions, saved and tried to publish again under a different name and got the same error? I took other projects and re-published them as a new item and they work fine? Any thoughts on what might be happening or what to try to make this work?

I also made sure the video, titles, file names do not have any dashes or non-alpha characters.
